How to Create a Winning User Experience

One of the biggest things which so many business owners take for granted when they think of their company is the best way to create a successful user experience.

Yes, they may consider their user at the endgame and they may even be trying to draw in as many prospective clients as possible. While many businesses survive and thrive on volume if your company is not McDonald's or Amazon, then you have to figure out how to set your business apart. This strategy is something of a four-legged stool, and you should think of it as such. You need to create, customize, optimize, and distribute content. It needs to be both visually arresting and urgently—and concisely—convey a message to "your" customer.

Create: The first leg of your creating a successful user experience lies in the creation. You quite literally need to create content that is geared towards your customer. Who is your customer? If you don't know the answer to that question then how are you supposed to create content that is not just "winning" but also geared towards them?

Market research, customer feedback, and direct contact with your most trusted customers is one sure-fire way to figure out who your customer is. Once you know the answer to that question, then you need to give them what they are looking for. What is your customer looking for? Again it's very challenging to give the client what they are looking for if you don't know what that is and where your product or service fits in! Make this your mission from the beginning of 2016 if you haven't already done so. Take some time and figure out who your customer is and what they want. This is the best way to leverage your marketing budget.

Customize: One of the best ways to get the most from your online marketing is to create content that is customized towards your prospective customer. How do you do that? There are many ways to drive home a strong, personally crafted message to your clients.

You should begin this by creating personas: Who is your customer? What are they looking for? Your business may have been successful thus farin spite of not having a vivid hold of the concept of user experience. As discussed earlier, knowing your customer intimately is essential. Once you know who you're talking to, then the matter of content customized for that customer comes into play.

Things like interactive video, video players, video playlists, and Internet broadcasting are all active modes of communicating your message. Remember the message needs to be easily digested and it's got to shake the consumer from their slumber to be piqued to investigate your company and your product further.

Optimize: The best content is not only geared towards your customer, but it is also made easy for them to discover; it's optimized! It's vital to optimize content using responsive design which is both user-friendly and leads your customers to your door.

Consider it like the breadcrumbs leading to your doorstep or the worm on the hook for the fish. Your customer is out there; they just need to know that you are too! Using the best and most advanced HTML5 video, smart SEO, and video SEO, will help your business reap the rewards of your efforts.

Distribute: Finally, your content, once it's made and primed and geared towards your customer; will need adequate distribution. You should begin blogging if you haven't already. The newest thing we see celebrities doing all the time on Snapchat and other social media platforms is video distribution of their message or vlogging. There is no reason you or someone from your company should not be all over the vlogging circuit.

Moreover, if you haven't opened up channels for your business in the social media sphere, what are you waiting for? Having a successful social strategy is the best way that companies can reach out and find their customers they didn't even know were looking for them. Social media is the way that so many people get their information, share their successes and bemoan their failures. So if your social media platforms are created and forgotten that is also a big no-no. You don't want to make enemies in the social sphere, or you could be cast out like the business wearing the Scarlet Letter.
